Custom-Made Products: All our products are made-to-order, tailored to your specifications. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Cancellation Window:
- Within the First 2 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order within the first 2 hours after placing it on JXGrillz.com, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund covers the initial costs of materials and labor that begin as soon as your order is confirmed.
- After 2 Hours: Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations are not accepted after the first 2 hours. Once this period has passed, your order is fully committed, and production is underway, using materials specifically for your custom product.

Order Changes: We understand that you may have changes or adjustments after placing your order. While we cannot cancel your order after 2 hours, we may be able to accommodate minor changes if requested promptly. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

Final Sale: All sales of custom-made products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon.

Chargeback Policy: If you choose to open a chargeback with your payment provider, please be aware that this goes against our cancellation policy. We will actively dispute any chargebacks, as all customers agree to these terms upon placing an order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to ship the kit back myself ?
Yes, return shipping of the kit is not included. It is your responsibility to get the kit back to us.
Will my grillz fit without falling off ?
If you follow the instructions on how to take the impression properly then they will fit perfectly.
For grillz sets over 8 teeth we recommend that you get them split. This is where we will cut the grillz in to 2 pieces to make for a more comfortable fit. The cut is so thin you will not be able to notice it whilst wearing.
Difference between no cut , perm cut and individual cut?
For full sets or multiple teeth close together, we have 3 options of cuts
- no cuts
- perm cuts
- individual cuts
No Cut - If you want a normal grillz look then go for no cut, this is where there are no gaps in between the teeth of the grillz and this makes it very obvious you are wearing grillz
Perm cut - If you want them to look more natural, almost like the grillz have replaced your teeth , then go for perm cut. This is where we will make thin cuts in-between the front of all teeth making it look more like natural teeth.
Individual Cut - If you want a natural look whilst being able to mix and match or just a overall more comfortable fit we recommend individual cut. This is where we manufacture each tooth to be on its own. So if you were to order a top 8 set , we would make 8 individual teeth. This means you can wear different teeth on different occasions or you can wear the full set whenever you want. This is the most versatile option and we highly recommend this be done.

Can I eat, sleep, drink or smoke with my Grillz in ?
You will only be able to eat, drink or smoke with dental grillz.
We offer dental yellow gold and dental white gold on our website.
These metals are tarnish proof.
We do not recommend you sleep with them in as this could risk you choking on them or swallowing them as you sleep.
Do you offer Worldwide Shipping ?
Yes, we ship everywhere ! You can get your grillz from any location in the world using our grillz postal process.
How long does the whole process take ?
Once we receive your mould kit, it can take as little as 2 days to make your grillz when your purchase our fast track service.
Otherwise, the usual processing time is 5-7 days.
What to do if I do the impression wrong ?
If you use the impression kit provided wrong this will ruin it, as these are one time use.
You will need to purchase another kit on our website under Extras.
What if I want something custom designed ?
If you want a custom design made for your caps or grillz, you will need to contact us on 07415786124 or on our Instagram @jxgrillz.
We will then discuss what you would like made and then create a custom order for you.
Is there a retail shop ?
Currently there is not any retail premises you can come into. This helps us to stay one of the most affordable Grillz Jewellers in the world.
